He continues to buy grapes from all over the country, Alsace, Beaujolais, Burgundy, Gard... to experiment with a wide range of vinifications based on maceration and other infusions of all kinds. \n\nThanks to his masterful palate and his creativity, he proposes new vintages every year, unfiltered wines without any addition.
