Quentin Le Cléac’h
Saint-Quentin-la-Poterie, Occitanie

In 2013, Quentin Le Cléac’h met Mathieu Frécon, an itinerant distiller, who was looking for a successor to take over his distillery in Autignac, in the Hérault department. This is how Quentin’s vocation was born. He bought the distillery with his friend Martial and specialized in the creation of spirits and in the production of natural wines. The two boys decided at one point to pursue their adventure separately and Quentin moved to Saint Quentin-La-Poterie in 2017.

Today, his micro-distillery is one of 35 artisanal distilleries spread throughout France and he only works with already fermented juices. He distills old stills from natural wines or ingredients such as juniper, thyme, rosemary or wild apricots, all organically grown. His eaux-de-vie are frank and surprisingly delicate, offering a surprising range of olfactory and gustatory experiences, both on the nose and in the mouth.
