Rice wine

Sake, an ancestral Japanese drink with a limpid color, is obtained after a slow fermentation and a meticulous craft process, which includes a millimetric polishing and which titrates hardly more than a red wine, between 8° and 20°. The Japanese call it nihonshu, “sake” being in fact the generic term for a glass of alcohol. It contains mainly rice, water, but also ferments and yeasts. Its velvety taste and its crystal clear color offer endless possibilities and allow a wide range of combinations without any restrictions. We are pleased to offer you a wide selection of nihonshu from breweries working in the respect of traditions. You will also find some honjozo, fruit sake, and other curiosities with a smooth taste.
