The Cutesson farm is a family farm of 65 hectares in organic farming, located in the south of the Pays d’Auge, in the green valley of the Vie river. It is Ginette Schreiber who started the cider activity in 1995 in organic farming. She is joined by her son Emmanuel Schreiber in 2009, after obtaining his certificate of cider production.

It is with their orchard of high stems that they produce cider, perry, pommeau, calvados, apple and pear juice and cider vinegar. Everything is conducted in a short circuit in their region and it is thanks to their know-how that they have obtained several awards including the silver medal at the Concours Général de Paris for their PDO cider.
