The AMI domain is above all a story of friendship. It’s with the desire to make their friendship last through time, that Paul Perarnau and Willy Roulendes decide to settle in Burgundy to produce wine.

Willy is the winemaker. After having worked at the Domaine de Montille, he took in charge the wines of the Clos du Moulin aux Moines. Rich of these experiences, he has a deep knowledge of the terroirs of the Côte de Beaune. Ami is for him the opportunity to let his madness and his creativity shine through.

Paul is the gentleman farmer. Having been trained in the art of wine tasting in London and Paris, he is the link between the city and the country. His passion for wines of character has led him to work with talented winemakers such as Oronce de Beler and Dominique Hauvette.

Today, the AMI estate has no less than 4 hectares of vineyards in the Maranges, managed organically and with natural winemaking without the use of inputs. Their wine is a blend of four grape varieties such as pinot noir, gamay, chardonnay and aligoté.
