François Crochet is the son, grandson and great-grandson of winemakers. He runs the family estate since 1998 with his wife Carine and has established himself as one of the most talented winemakers of the Sancerrois. Certified organic since 2017, he works biodynamically on 10 hectares of vines spread throughout the Loire region.

Under his tall silhouette with his imposing palms of former rugby player hides a great sensitivity, which gives wines all in delicacy, insisting on the saline definition of the sauvignon sancerrois. Limited productions, precise, refined with a great acidity and a lot of freshness.
