Nicolas Grosbois took over this family estate more than 15 years ago, and perpetuates the work of a long line of winemakers since 1820. The estate has 20 hectares of vines and is located on the place called “Le Pressoir” in the Chinon appellation, in the heart of the Loire Valley between forest and river.

He has recently been joined by his brother Sylvain, with whom he works the Cabernet Franc in organic farming, biodynamics and mixed farming. On the estate’s land, everything is a question of balance, care and attention. From the vineyard to the beehive, including the breeding of cows and pigs, everything is designed to promote biodiversity. 

It is with this common passion and a head full of dreams and projects that they follow their path on these lands of Rabelais that they cherish so much.
