Philippe Mesnier and Nicolas Grosbois have taken over the Hauts Baigneux estate with 11 hectares of vineyards. Established on an exceptional terroir of clay and flint, they are bringing back to the forefront a vineyard that has been forgotten for years: Touraine-Azay-le-Rideau.

Driven by their common passion for working the land, the two winemakers make it a point of honor to work according to the organic guidelines and produce magnificent wines. The grolleau is worked in a “haute couture” version and has nothing to envy to the other grape varieties. And on the white side, it is the chenin which is honored, chiselled and greedy as we like it.
