Under the leadership of Pascal Gerbais and his son Aurélien, the family heritage of Celles-sur-Ource is one of the most unique and ambitious of the Côte des Bar. In 2011, Aurélien, with his wife Audrey, undertook the work initiated by his ancestors while bringing his personal vision of the wines of southern Champagne. The range of wines has been revised to magnify the complex expression of pinot noir, chardonnay and the original pinot blanc from Celles-sur-Ource. All the vintages, except one which is an exception, are from now on single-variety plots. They are the result of a meticulous work which gives more expressive wines, more fleshy and with a bubble of a great delicacy.
