Romain le Bars is a young natural winemaker, settled in the commune of Tavel in the Gard. He began his career as a winemaker by training with Eric Pfifferling at the Domaine de l’Anglore for 7 years. He started in 2018 with only 1.2 hectares of vines and a cellar installed in his small garage. Today, he cultivates a dozen hectares of vines and elaborates his wines in a slightly larger cellar, but everything remains very traditional!

Romain works his vines in organic agriculture and makes it a priority to take care of his soils. He elaborates beautiful wines from a blend of 8 grape varieties such as carignan, cinsault or grenache. Romain’s wines are precise and very tasty.
