Laurent Cazottes, known as the “magician of the Tarn”, offers wines, spirits and natural liqueurs. He succeeded the knowledge of his father, who was a farmer, and took up his distilling activity in 1990, after a baccalaureate in viticulture and oenology and studies in food-processing. He settled in Villeneuve-sur-Vère, in a farm about fifteen kilometers from Gaillac, which includes crops of cereals, vines and oil plants. He has planted several hectares of Williams pears and golden Reine-Claude plums.

Laurent seeks to combine tradition and respect for nature to obtain the best possible quality in all his productions. The combination of his ancestral know-how and his modern approach, in an organic environment, allows the wines, brandies, aperitifs and liqueurs to reveal the very essence of the aromas specific to the fruits or flowers from which they originate.
