The Jean-Baptiste Sénat estate is the story of a meeting, a meeting between a man and a land, the Minervois, the land of his ancestors, located in the foothills of the Black Mountain. In 1995, after studying in Paris, Jean-Baptiste returned to the Minervois and decided to change his life and realize his dream; to work with his hands, far from the Parisian life, on his family land.

Today, with the help of his wife Charlotte, the winemaker works with mostly Mediterranean grape varieties, with Grenache at the center of the vinification process, to make certified organic wines. Each wine has found its own style, but the approach is global and goes in a unique direction, making elegant, lively wines, in the image of their terroir and with great drinkability.
