Pierre-Henri Gadais, from a family of wine growers, quickly became passionate about the world of wine and decided to study viticulture and oenology. After 4 years of training and multiple experiences in viticulture in France and abroad, he returned to the family estate in 2016. A few years earlier, the family had acquired a small estate in the Pétière area of Saint-Fiacre, which immediately attracted Pierre-Henri, who saw a lot of potential: the 14-hectare Domaine de La Combe.

Without denying the family style, he has brought a fresh look to the work of the vineyard with the project to create new vintages, but also to convert the estate to organic farming, which will be obtained in 2021. He produces an astonishing range of muscadets, between pleasure vintages, perfect for instant enjoyment, and great gastronomic whites.
