Dominique Hauvette makes great wines in her domain in the Baux-de-Provence and IGP Alpilles appellations.

Since her installation in 1988 on the clay-limestone soils of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, she has never stopped making great red and white wines on her 15-hectare estate. Demanding in her choices of viticulture (biodynamic since 2003), of vinification (destemming and infusion of the berries) and of maturation (vat, barrel, concrete egg), she respects like no one else the origin of the soils and the authenticity of her terroirs to make the grapes speak.

Her sensitivity is expressed through vintages full of life, lively and vibrant like the intense Cornaline (grenache, syrah and cabernet-sauvignon) and Améthyste (dominated by cinsault, completed by carignan and grenache), perfumed and of a remarkable finesse.
