Loïc Roure
Domaine du Possible
Vallée de l’Agly, Pyrénées-Orientales
It was during an internship with a well-known winemaker, Thierry Allemand, whose Cornas wines are almost iconic, that Loïc Roure developed a taste for the world of wine.
It is in the Agly valley, in the Pyrenees-Orientales, that Loïc found his happiness by buying an old cooperative cellar in Lansac. He settled in 2003 and progressively enlarged his domain to about ten hectares. He quickly shared the place with Edouard Laffite (Domaine du Bout du Monde), which allowed him to share equipment, but also and above all to help each other. This is how “Jajakistan” was created.
Loïc Roure is a committed winemaker who regales us with digestible, elegant wines full of a mineral freshness that is rarely found in Roussillon.
