Marc Houtin et Gérald Peau
Domaine La Grange aux Belles
Anjou, Vallée de la Loire

Marc and Gérald cultivate wine on 15 hectares of vines, on schist soils typical of the Anjou region. The story of this estate is the story of a crazy project: to produce natural and living wines from almost nothing. More than a reconversion, it is a radical change of life! In 2004, Marc Houtin, the geologist turned winemaker, was the first to embark on the adventure, followed by Gérald Peau. They share the same philosophy for natural wines with a certified organic culture, close to nature, without herbicide or insecticide, but with a real concern to be surrounded by a fauna and a flora as rich as possible.

La Grange aux Belles are wines without concessions, straight in their boots, with temperament and especially a great drinkability. Only one word of order: it has to slide!
