Since 2013, Fabien has been making dry and sparkling chenins in the Vouvray AOC. Certified organic since 2017, he harvests his grapes by hand and the vinification is natural. The wines are easy to drink, but can also be kept in the cellar for several years. Since then, Le Facteur has evolved with the acquisition of 4 additional hectares of vines in AOC Côteau du Loir, on the land of his family farm. Chenin is still in the majority, but it also rubs shoulders with sauvignon, chardonnay, pineau d’Aunis and gamay.
