The cellar of Estezargues, created in 1965, is a cooperative of 10 winemakers who combine their different skills to create beautiful vintages from 400 hectares of vines. The wine produced here comes from 5 appellations; Vins de pays du Gard, Costières de Nîmes, Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages and Côtes du Rhône Villages Signargues.

Each cooperative farmer, whose grapes are vinified at the cellar, has his own vintage in order to highlight his specificities and his terroir. Respectful of the sustainable agriculture method and the Terra Vitis charter, the winegrowers are committed to the sustainable development system and strive to apply its rules. They have all chosen to vinify without any input for more than twenty years, with spontaneous fermentations, without fining or filtering.
