It is in the French cradle of jenever, in the Hauts de France, that the Birdie distillery was born. Thomas and Gauthier, two lovers of spirits and travel, launched in 2019 by combining their passion and know-how.

Birdie is atypical and moves away from the conventional “London Dry Gin”. It combines respect for the terroir, French know-how, and the use of local ingredients, but opens up to the world with flavors from distant lands. Thomas and George propose 4 permanent gins:
– Timut gin, consists of the famous Timut pepper with grapefruit flavors and a Damascus rose and peppermint gin.
– Kaffir is a tribute to Reunion Island with, as a base, the Combava, a small lime typical of the island. It is associated with Java pepper and almond for more roundness.
– Cedron takes us to the highlands of Peru with its fragrant verbena associated with blueberry leaves and Batak berries, which give this gin an unequalled freshness.
– And finally, the Shiso gin with this famous aromatic plant used in traditional Japanese cuisine with a unique fragrance. It is combined with the freshness of lemongrass and hibiscus flower that reveals its fruity taste.
