An agricultural engineer from the Pays d’Auge (Normandy), Antoine moved to his native region in 2016 after working in the wine industry.
Convinced that there are also great cider-making terroirs, he took over the farm of his grandparents, former breeders, which he transformed into a cider-making estate. The estate covers 18 hectares with natural fields, including 7.5 hectares of high-stemmed orchard, also called open-air orchard. This extensive cultivation method, as well as the use of local varieties, allows the production of apples without any treatment.
Its objective? To reveal the potential of the Norman cider terroir through a range of parcel-based vintages. His practices and his range of ciders are inspired by the wine world. He has parcel and vintage cuvées, with a natural bubbling. His unique know-how allows him to offer gastronomic ciders. More recently, he launched “La Meute”, experimental ciders and Pet Nat which are more inspired by the world of beer.
