The Ruppert Leroy estate covers 4 hectares in Essoyes, in the Côte des Bar. Bénédicte Ruppert and Emmanuel Leroy started making wine in 2010 before receiving organic certification in 2013.

The production method they have chosen aims to respect the balance between the plant and the soil, with a vinification that is done without added sulfites and an aging in barrels or demi-muids. In search of the greatest expression of the terroirs, the production of their wines is carried out each year by separating each parcel and it is these different soils which will give their names to the juices. Unfiltered, the wines are released after a minimum of 18 to 22 months. A very convincing quest for purity that delivers contemporary, lively and singular interpretations of champagne.
